Business Facilities
Whether you're looking for a quiet space to write a presentation or a comfortable spot for a meeting, the Club has you covered.
The Business Center, opposite the Library on the second floor, is equipped with computers, a printer, a photocopier and scanning facilities. Keyboards and assistance are available at the Library.
The meeting rooms opposite the Library are available for use and can be booked here.
The rooms are limited to six people and can be booked up to two weeks in advance.
The first two hours are free of charge. Up to two additional hours per day are available for ¥1,100 per hour. No-shows will be charged ¥1,100 per hour.
HDMI cables and adapters for presentations are available from the Library.
Members and guests can easily access the Club's secure Wi-Fi network by entering the Club password when prompted.
The network password, which changes every six months, is available on signs around the Club.
Wi-Fi connections are encrypted using WPA2 security and other technology, and the system utilizes a dedicated 1 Gbps fiber connection.
The following Wi-Fi standards are supported: 802.11b, 802.11g and 802.11n (2.4GHz band) and 802.11a, 802.11n and 802.11ac (5GHz band).
