"Improvements span not only in my physical appearance, with better posture and weight loss, but also improvement to my metabolism. My clothes fit me better and I've been told I look more youthful." Wheeler Garrison
Takeshi Hirata
"Takeshi listens to my overall goals (and limits, on any given day!) and tailors a program that is varied and interesting from session to session. This is probably why this is the longest stretch of personal training I've had compared to other trainers. Oh, and I reached my goals." James Robinson
Robert Daoust
"Robert has helped me to develop a level of core strength and fitness that my normal aerobic exercise program was not providing. As a result, all my other sports activities have improved as well. He has also provided valuable help on flexibility, posture and diet." Guy Henriques
Goichi Sano
"Goichi has been my personal trainer for 18 months and has helped me reach my goal to run my first marathon. What is great is that he understands the importance of making the training fun, and laughing at my jokes always helps!" Duncan Monk
Yuko Furuya
"I always look forward to Yuko's session, and my body is so much better than when I was exercising by myself. My cheerful trainer helped me become healthier and fitter." Hisako Umemoto
Pete Carey
"As someone in their 70s, I simply cannot train the way a youngster can. Pete recognizes that and emphasizes stretching and mild, low-impact programs. Amazingly, simply focusing on proper posture and walking can do much to make daily life more productive and enjoyable." Kyle Murphy
