What will the students learn in this class?
This imaginative class teaches the fundamentals of ballet in a supportive, focused and fun environment. Classes teach ballet basics through images, props and musical aids. Students learn correct alignments and posture, steps and ballet terminology.

What are the benefits of this class?
Children learn to unleash powers of self-expression, self-confidence and concentration through the rudiments of ballet. Children also improve flexibility, posture, grace and musicality while gaining an enhanced appreciation for art.

Who will teach this class?
Eynat Evon-Tov is a Royal Academy of Dance-certified teacher of ballet who started dancing at 4 years old. As a member of the Israel Ballet, she performed in such classics as “Swan Lake,” “The Nutcracker” and the contemporary works of George Balanchine. She teaches ballet at the Club and at a number of international schools, including the American School in Japan, and at her own Omotesando studio. Her classes have been featured on Japan’s public broadcaster, NHK.

  • Students must be toilet-trained and ready to be separated from their parents.    
  • If a class session does not reach the minimum of 4 students registered, the class will be combined to another session (an e-mail will be sent out as an update if this is the case).
