Celebrate hump day at a tasting of Hakkaisan sake from Niigata Prefecture.
This special edition of the Nihonbashi Club's monthly get-together features a selection of sake from the 102-year-old brewery that crafted exclusive sake for the Club's 90th anniversary and the opening of the Nihonbashi Club in 2021.
Hakkaisan's Yasumitsu Hayashi will be on hand to discuss Hakkaisan's new brewery in Brooklyn while pouring a sparkling sake, two premium junmai daiginjo, one of them aged in mountain snow in the Niigata brewery's yukimuro room, and an export-only sake.
Hosted in the Muromachi Lounge, this event is also a chance for Azabudai and Nihonbashi Members to mingle.
And why not make an evening of it with dinner at the American Room afterwards?
