The lineup is available for lunch and dinner on weekdays and after 3pm on weekends in Rainbow Café and Café Med. You can also enjoy a special holiday brunch buffet at Rainbow Café on December 21 and 22.

And to add a bit of holiday cheer to your meal, you can order a Club-crafted eggnog or hot apple cider.
Christmas Cassoulet
Authentic Languedoc cassoulet (pictured) of duck confit, pork sausage and white beans with creamy mashed potatoes and citrus and arugula salad.
