Culture Connections

Discover practical health tips with Dr Ariel Thorpe’s hands-on demonstrations.

With over 15 years of experience, Thorpe is a chiropractor and fitness professional who has worked across the US, Hong Kong and Japan. Her unique approach to addressing health problems that are common in Japan combines comprehensive chiropractic care, nutrition, posture strengthening exercises and stress management.

Join her as she demystifies the science of how certain nutrient-dense foods can not only boost your energy and strengthen your bones but also help you navigate the aging process with confidence and ease.

The interactive session also includes posture improvement techniques, relaxation methods and essential anatomy insights. Participants will go home with actionable exercises and strategies to enhance their daily lives.

The monthly Culture Connections events often feature a guest speaker. Previous presentations have covered such topics as mental health and the Japanese art of bonsai.
