Monthly Program: The Tradition of Bakemono

Ahead of Halloween, Adam Kabat, a professor of Japanese literature at Musashi University, hosts a spine-chilling brunch of traditional Japanese monsters, spirits and demons.


Among these spooky legends are ghouls who appear as tofu delivery boys, long-necked creatures and shape-shifting cats.
